I liked my experience with AMJ Campbell, and would recommend them. There was an issue though which prevents me from giving 5 stars. The team of movers contacted me the day before the move and told me they start at 7:30, which is an hour before the 8:30 start time I was told by the salesman Kevin Masterson. I was left trying to make a last minute change to my elevator booking for my highrise I was moving out of. The moving team leader made it seem like they always start at 7:30 and that the salesman was mistaken. It really made the moving team and the salesmen seem like two seperate entities who don't communicate well. In the end I wasn't able to get confirmation of the new time for the elevator and they compromised and came at 8. Luckily I was able to get the superintedant to put the elevator on service at that time. I definately wasn't going to pay them to stand around and wait. I do feel like this is something that should be straightened out internally and not land on the customers back the day before the move. I've got enough to do without trying to make changes to the schedule. Aside from that the team was very professional and took great care of my stuff. I was happy.
